Sharon Andress

Sharon began her career in acute hospital administration with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Information Management and transitioned to retirement senior living in Victoria 20 years ago. Sharon’s love for the elderly comes naturally to her, and with the grace of God, a “door opened” during her career that afforded her the many blessings of getting to know so many lovely seniors, families, and associates. Sharon’s motivation is her commitment to making a difference in all aspects of the operations. When Sharon is not working, she is enjoying spending time with her family out on their family ranch. She has grown up being the only girl with five brothers, and has raised two sons. Her precious joys are her two grandchildren, Augustus and Alexis.

Proper training enhances employees' understanding of residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs, fostering a safe and compassionate environment.

"The staff are well trained, courteous, and caring. Level of excellence of the staff is shown to the families as well, as they consistently keep the family updated on their loved ones when necessary.
